Noble Profit CTO, As a Computer Scientist, Technologist, Gary was the CTO of Cybergold (the earliest successful internet micropayment system), the lead designer of TOPS (the first peer-to-peer cross-platform network), and the VP Engineering of the networking division of Sun Microsystems. Gary has also been a lead contributor to climate change impact studies at the Lawrence Berkeley National Labs and at the RAND Corporation.
